Children's eyes light up as gifts are handed out from the wish list tree

Geschenkübergange Wunschzettelbaum Caritas 2026

Families with a child who is seriously or terminally ill face particular emotional, organizational, and often financial challenges. Intensive care for the sick child, numerous doctor and therapy appointments, and constant worry shape everyday life over long periods of time. Siblings are also affected by this situation, as time together and attention within the family are often severely limited.

During this stressful phase of life, the children's hospice and family visiting service of the Caritasverband für das Erzbistum Berlin e.V. (Caritas Association for the Archdiocese of Berlin) supports affected families with a wide range of services. Aristo Pharma was also able to support the association again this year: For the seventh time, we launched an internal wish list tree campaign. This year, 27 individually designed wish lists from seriously ill children and their siblings were handed in and hung on the Christmas tree at Aristo Pharma's Berlin headquarters. Thanks to the high level of participation, sponsors were found for all the wishes and all the gifts were organized within a short period of time.

The official gift presentation took place on December 10, 2025, in Berlin-Charlottenburg. At a lovingly set coffee table, one thing in particular stuck in our minds: the children's eyes shining with joy. Every year, the wish list tree campaign shows us how important it is to work together to support families and children in challenging life situations.
