It all started in 2016: Aristo Pharma has been sponsoring the USC Leipzig basketball club for five years now. In 2017, the focus of the cooperation under the label "Aristo Youth Initiative" was primarily placed on the development of young basketball players, and this is bearing fruit: the USC basketball department's work with young players has been showing a positive development for several years. After this year's summer holidays, a u6 training group could now be opened in addition to the u8 training group. The number of members is now at a record-breaking level!

Talent base manager Dominik Braun from USC Leipzig emphasises: "The "Aristo Youth Initiative" has a very good reputation in the region. We are very happy about the commitment of our long-standing partner, which supports us and gives us planning security." The club benefits from the sponsorship especially in terms of personnel and material equipment as well as in the organisational area. In addition, the partnership will enable the club to expand its training processes and the range of services offered to the surrounding region, such as basketball camps, school cooperation, teacher training and base training for selection squads.
