Purposes of data processing and legal basis for processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Providing internal company news and information in a flexible and location-independent manner.
- Ensuring the security of the application provided (ensuring network infrastructure and technical administration and identifying and tracking unauthorised access attempts).
This processing is carried out to protect our legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO) in providing you with internal company news quickly, easily and securely. In doing so, we only process the personal data required for this purpose.
Categories of personal data
Each time our app is used, we automatically collect data and information from the calling device; the following data are logged:
- the operating system of the user
- the IP address of the user
- the date and time of access.
The data is stored on the delivery servers for a period of 60 days. This serves to ensure operation and protection against attacks (e.g. DDOS).
In addition, to ensure secure access (authentication), we process the following data as part of the login process:
- Company system login user name and password

We do not pass on the above data to third parties. Excluded from this are service providers who provide or maintain our IT infrastructure and who are separately bound to secrecy and data protection by means of corresponding order processing contracts.
Storage period
